Not that anyone cares about a Starbucks review, but, 50% off sale on cold drinks and 2 weeks in a row, they can’t make blended drinks. Really! Sale on cold drinks and the only 2 times they can’t make frappes. Last week no base and this week they dont have a single blender that works. Very frustrating
Grabbed an iced venti macchiato in a venti hot tea of some sort. It was pretty good. Surface was quick and I was in and out in no time.

I also ordered previously had an experience recently with the store stating it was open until 1030 and accepting orders in the app. I spoke to manager I'm assuming. She replaced drinks plus a$8 cards.***** But my following visit (the next evening) to this location was terrible. The girl was not paying attention to me while I ordered(this is why I use the app) and therefore the drinks were made incorrectly as well as the screen was not on to be able to correct her mistakes. On top of this while at the window for an over extended period of time...I saw the problem. 2 workers from tiny blonde giggle girl to larger Caucasian male both on their phones. The 3rd (on food) I have no opinion. My local store monterey and c.c is mopping these workers. I have never seen a phone out a single time the multiple times ive been. Training/coaching please.
The Starbucks App allowed me to place an order at 9:00PM stating the store closed at 10:30PM. I arrived at the store 9:15 PM and went through the drive thru. I didn’t hear anything through the speaker and eventually said hello? while I waited a bit longer I could see the staff inside glancing and laughing. I pulled up to the window and waited until someone saw me. He opened the window and said they were closed. I told him the app allowed me to place an order, he said they’re closed so there’s nothing he can do to help me. He told me to call customer service for a refund. I asked him for the phone number and he told me to look at the app and closed the window… what a jerk. I won’t be coming back here again.
ordered an espresso frap, had my hubby pick up at the mobile order counter, didn't notice til our next errand stop that my frap had solid(not crushed/blended) ice in it. yucky to the taste. picked up on 4/20/21@ 330pm. i guess they need to retrain whoever made my drink.
They doubled the price on these. Now 5 bucks and they never have the right ingredients and this happens frequently. Everyone wants more money but still provide subpar products. Getting tired of the price hikes
